Note: A3/A4 INKJET have the 12 months return to base warranty that comes standard.

• The onsite warranty upgrade is an upgrade and supersedes the standard return to base warranty meaning, one year onsite is One year warranty in total ( some people suspect the one year return to base and additional one years on site= Two in total, this is incorrect)

• Once the warranty is purchased and the letter given to the Customer, they will need to register with Brother

• Onsite support is available to Customers within 50km of a major city or 30km in rural locations- outside these radiuses may attract a travel charge.
