Arista Technologies is committed to fair and transparent returns and refunds for purchases made through our online store. This policy should be read together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns

Because many products are business IT hardware, distributor-supplied, special-order or vendor-sealed items, change-of-mind returns are not always available. Contact us before returning any item so we can confirm whether the product is eligible, the required condition, timing and any supplier restocking fees.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or the wrong product was supplied, contact us promptly at sales@aristatech.com.au with your order number, product details and photos where relevant. We will assess the issue and work with you, the supplier or manufacturer to arrange a remedy such as replacement, repair, credit or refund where required by law.

Return condition

Unless a product is faulty or otherwise covered by consumer guarantees, returned items should be unused, complete, in original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, licences, serial-number labels and proof of purchase.

Software, licences and subscriptions

Software, licence keys, subscriptions, support renewals and activated digital products may be non-returnable once issued, activated or provisioned, except where required by law.

How to request a return

Email sales@aristatech.com.au or call 1300 650 056. Include your order number, product SKU, reason for return and any supporting evidence. Do not send goods back until we provide return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
