These Terms govern use of the Arista Technologies online store at https://shop.aristatech.com.au and purchases from Arista Holdings Pty Ltd trading as Arista Technologies. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Business customers and product suitability

Arista Technologies supplies business IT hardware, software, accessories and related procurement support. Product descriptions, compatibility information and availability are provided in good faith using supplier and manufacturer data. Customers are responsible for confirming that products suit their environment unless Arista has provided written procurement or compatibility advice for that order.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and may include GST unless stated otherwise. Product availability, supplier stock, distributor pricing and promotions can change. We may contact you before accepting or fulfilling an order if an item becomes unavailable, has materially changed price, has an obvious listing error or requires a custom procurement path.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation means we have received your order request. We may still need to verify payment, stock availability, delivery details or product suitability before accepting and dispatching the order.

Payment and secure checkout

Checkout is provided through Shopify using HTTPS/SSL-secured pages and supported payment providers. Do not send card details by email.

Shipping, returns and support

Shipping, returns and warranty support are handled according to our published Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, manufacturer warranty terms and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
